Our company began over 70 years ago during WWII.  It all started with disassembling farm machinery and manufacturing equipment by hand.  This step was essential because all lifting, sorting, and loading of trucks was also done by hand.  Today our process has evolved, and we use machines to unload, disassemble, and load our scrap materials.

Here at Urban Elsass and Son Inc. we recycle both ferrous and nonferrous metals.  On our property, we have environmentally designed shelter storage facilities for machined grades of metal.  We purchase scrap metal from retail customers, as well as servicing our industrial accounts.  Our knowledgeable team is happy to help with your recycling needs.
